The Rent to Own model lets you live in your dream home now and gradually own it through easy monthly instalments — turning your rent into investment.
Unlike traditional buying, there’s no heavy down payment or bank loan. You pay monthly installments directly to boCHE Homes while living in your home and you should also have to have an enough Bank Balance. As this is on an installment basis, it will be so cost efficient and convenient.
Yes — our Rent to Own model applies to residential homes, resorts, and commercial projects across Kerala and South India.
You become the legal owner upon completing all installments and formal transfer of ownership through registration.
Every step is digitally monitored through our in-house ERP system, with clear documentation, progress updates, and legally binding agreements. The Detailed drawings, Specifications will be attached and shared.
The total project cost is divided into 100 or 110 or 120 monthly installments, making ownership simple, structured, and affordable. The house owners will initially be giving a tenant contribution in terms of 10% or 15% or 20% as a Down Payment.
